That’s why we’ve partnered with trusted local farmers and millers to craft a custom flour made from wheat we can trace directly back to the farm. This 100% traceability guarantees our flour is pure, non-GMO, and free from enrichments or additives.
We stay true to time-honored baking traditions, using small-batch methods and extended natural fermentation. Slow fermentation not only enhances flavor and texture, but also helps break down starches and gluten, making our bread easier to digest.
